The Blackened Wing – a Cajun style delicacy developed by news anchor and celebrity chef Julian Phillips who says the blackened wing will revolutionize ‘the wing industry!’ “My technique of Cajun style ‘blackening’ along with my secret seasonings, sears in the juices that explode on your palate! With the use of an old-fashioned cast iron skillet, there is no frying – just wings, spices and a dash of olive oil”, says Phillips.
